Why we started Prepd
We were tired of choosing between “quick” and “good for you.” Meal kits still meant chopping and washing up. Ready meals meant compromise. So we built Prepd around one idea: chef-quality food, cooked fresh, ready in minutes — with none of the effort in between.
Today our kitchen turns out hundreds of meals a week for people across Cape Town who want to eat well without losing their evenings to meal prep. Same values, same standards, every single box.
